I've been reading a lot lately, mostly about stuff in Haiti. At the suggestion of a friend, I just finished reading Restavec: from Haitian slave child to middle class american.
Amazing autobiography, gave some much needed insight.
I'm also working on An Unbroken Agony: 'Haiti, From Revolution to the Kidnapping of a President'. Haven't read much but the early history, which is quite interesting as well.
