I can hear Steven Tyler screaming, "I'm baaaack in the saddle again...I'm baaaaaack...." as I type that title. Good thing I like Aerosmith. After wrapping up my time in St. Louis with a tasty meal of lasagna with the family, I returned to Haiti late Wednesday afternoon with suitcases full of good stuff for friends and myself. I was greeted at the airport by Pierre and seven of the sweet kiddos, the ones who knew their Bible verse that morning. I got and gave giant hugs in the parking lot, and then we headed back to Maison. I know two weeks is not a lot of time, but in the world of kiddos, it certainly is. They ALL grew. Every single one of them. Some started walking (Jamesly finally let go and just started doing it!), some started crawling (Marvenly, my little chunka monks is a movin' man!), and Jean Luc grew more teeth. Jean Marc gained weight, and Samson is no longer toddling along, he's all out running down the hall. How do so many things change in 16 days? I missed these little stinkers!
I unpacked everything, all while searching for my cell phone. It seems I left it charging in St. Louis, which makes it useless to me right now in Haiti. But it will come on Sunday with Ruth, who will return to help me out for a bit.
We have visiting teams for the next two weeks, and then adoptive families come for a visit, so I'm trying to get ahead while I can. It's been hard, because I just want to go hang out with the kiddos. I've tried to balance kids with computer working time. I need to keep that balance! :)

May the Lord bless you and your work at Maison, Angie. Praying for you!
